烟草香气成分分析研究进展

摘要: 烟草香气成分是卷烟产品风味的重要的组成部分,是评价卷烟品质的重要因素。烟草的香气成分众多、组分复杂、含量较低。烟草中的挥发性、半挥发性致香成分的获取通常采用溶剂萃取、水蒸汽蒸馏、同时蒸馏萃取、超临界流体萃取、固相微萃取、液相微萃取、顶空分析、吹扫-捕集法等方法。笔者主要综述了以上方法以及介绍国内外的应用现状。

Abstract: Aroma components are very important in cigarette’s flavor, it is also an important factor to evaluating tobacco products’ quality. The content of aroma components in cigarettes’ perfume are low, there are many types of components and they are very complex. The volatile and semi-volatile aroma components are always obtained by solvent extraction, steam distillation, simultaneous distillation extraction, supercritical fluid extraction, solid phase microextraction, headspace analysis, purge and trap-method and some other methods. This article reviews the above methods and to introduce the application status of the world.
