硅对小麦吸收镉、锌的影响及其生理效应

摘要: 通过小麦水培试验,利用ICP等化学分析方法,研究硅对小麦吸收镉、锌的影响及其生理效应。根据试验结果可见,当硅浓度在90mg/L和60mg/L时能分别有效地控制镉、锌污染,提高小麦根、叶的生物学产量。通过小麦生理试验研究表明,硅在一定浓度条件下能提高小麦的根系活力、增加小麦叶片的叶绿素含量、降低小麦膜透性和提高小麦细胞膜抗重金属镉、锌的能力;而较高或较低浓度的硅抗重金属镉、锌的能力稍弱,使小麦的生物学产量、叶绿素含量和根系活力降低但膜透性升高。

Abstract: Based on culture experiment of nutrient solution, combined with chemical analysis metnods of the ICP spectrograph ,atomic absorption spectrograph ,this project studies the interaction between silicon and heavy metal (cadimium and zinc ) in the wheat ,understands the characterrstics of heavsilicion for absorption, distribution and accumulation of heavy metal in the wheat growth course and its effect of physiology and biochemistry,inquires into the pattern of transport and variation of the heavy metal under the control of silicic acids .the project for study possesses important therory and practice meanings in the basic theory research field .Test of water nurtue indicaded that 90mg/L 、60mg/L of silicon it can reduce Cadimium、Zinc plloution of wheat .However , promoted action showed raising root activity ,chilorophyll content, while the permeability of cell membrance of decreased .From the facts above ,it can be shown that silicon concentration was controlled in a certrain limit can promote the growth of wheat ,and meanwhile ,it can also protect the cell of wheat ,reduce heavy metal plloution of wheat .However ,high concentration and low concentration of silicon can be harmful to the cell of wheat .
