青岛市鱼产品汞污染初步研究

A study on mercury contamination in fish from Qingdao City

摘要: 为了解青岛地区鱼体汞污染现状,于2007年5月共采集鱼样16种102条,测定鱼体中的总汞含量。测定结果表明,16种鱼总汞含量范围为0.049-0.157mg/kg,各种鱼类的总汞平均含量未达到背景值,没有样品超标。草鱼,鲫鱼,鲶鱼,沙丁鱼,四种鱼体内总汞含量相差较大;鲤鱼,八带鱼,小黄花鱼三种鱼体内总汞含量相差不大。城阳区鱼样总汞含量由大到小为:八带鱼>白鲢>小黄花>沙丁鱼>鲤鱼>鲫鱼>鲶鱼>乌贼>偏口鱼>草鱼>多春鱼>带鱼>小鱿鱼>花鲢>鱿鱼。市南区鱼样总汞含量由大到小为:沙丁鱼>银鱼>鲫鱼、小黄花>八带鱼>草鱼>鲶鱼>鲤鱼。结果显示鱼样总汞含量符合以下规律:底栖鱼类的总汞含量高于生活在水层中上部的鱼类,肉食性鱼类的汞含量高于杂食性和植食性鱼类的规律。

Abstract: In May 2007, 102 fish of 16 species were collected from 2 sample spots from the Qingdao City and the total mercury concentrations of samples were detected. In this investigation, the result indicated that the range of the total mercury concentrations in fish was 0.049-0.157mg/kg and the average mercury value in fish did not exceed the background value of mercury concentrations in fish in this area and there were no samples whose total mercury value was not in the excess of the standard set by Chinese government. Therefore, the release of total mercury from the sediment in the different kinds of water body is the significant sources for the total mercury contamination in fish in Qingdao City. There was significant difference on the total mercury concentrations in Ctenopharyngodon idellus, Carassius auratusgibeliv, Parasiburusasvtus, Sardina pilchardus collected from region Chengyang and Shinan, while the mercury concentrations in fish, such as Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus, Ooctopus ocellatus, Psendosciaena polyactis, were similar. In all the samples, the trend of the total mercury in fish samples collected from region Chengyang was following: Ooctopus ocellatus > Hypophthalmichthys molitrix > Psendosciaena polyactis> Sardina pilchardus> Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus> Carassius auratusgibeliv > Parasiburusasvtus > Sepiella maindroni > Paralichthysolivaceus > Ctenophar yngodon idellus > Mallotus villosus > Trichiurus haumela > Loligo Chinensis > Aristichthys noyilis > Glyptonotus antarcticus> Sardina pilchardus > Protosalanx hyalocranius > Carassius auratusgibeliv. Moreover, the trend of mercury contents in fish samples collected from region Shinan was following: Psendosciaena polyactis > Ooctopus ocellatus > Ctenopharyngodon idellus > Parasiburusasvtus > Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus. The conclusions from this research pointed that the law for mercury distribution in the different species of fish was: the concentration of mercury in fish in the bottom of the river>that of fish in the surface of the river; and that of predatorial fish>that of herbivorous fish.
