6种百合种球抗寒性的研究

Research for the chill-resistance of 6 cultivars of bulb in Lily

摘要: 为了研究6种百合种球即Ⅰ泰伯(Tiber)、Ⅱ多阿娜(Pollyanna)、Ⅲ索蚌(Sorbonne)、Ⅳ西伯利亚(Siberia)、Ⅴ耀眼(Ceb Dazzle)、Ⅵ布鲁塞尔(Brunello)的抗寒性,以3℃为对照温度,分别从0℃到-15℃下测定每一低温处理后6种百合种球的生理指标。结果表明,各品种随温度的降低,其电导率呈“S”型曲线增大,应用Logistic方程建立回归模型,确定半致死温度分别为:-8.33315℃、-8.76722℃、-9.14241℃、-10.9918℃、-11.3131℃、-12.6293℃,束缚水/自由水呈先缓慢增大后急剧增大的趋势,脯氨酸含量先增加后减少,得出6种百合种球的抗寒性顺序为:布鲁塞尔﹥耀眼﹥西伯利亚﹥索蚌﹥泰伯﹥多阿娜。

Abstract: In order to make a research on chill-resistance of 6 cultivars of bulb in Lily include Tiber、Pollyanna、Sorbonne、Siberia、Ceb Dazzle、Brunello.3℃ can be defined as a fixed point of reference and the changes of the physiological indicators of bulb in Lily can be recorded between 0℃ and -15℃. From the records , a conclusion can be drawn that with the decrease of the temperature ,its electric conductivity increases and its changes can be defined as a "s" style curve. Apply logistic equations to set up regression model,define the semilethal temperature is -8.33315℃、-8.76722℃、-9.14241℃、-10.9918℃、-11.3131℃、-12.6293℃.In this process, bound water/free water is increasing. inaddition, the proline is increasing in the first stage and is decreasing in the later stage.The conclusion about the order of Lily’s chill-resistance is Brunello>Ceb Dazzle>Siberia>Sorbonne>Tiber>Pollyanna.
