双孢蘑菇栽培菌株遗传多样性的DNA指纹分析

DNA fingerprinting of genetic diversity of Agaricus bisporus cultivation strains

摘要: 对双孢蘑菇206个栽培菌株的总DNA进行大规模的SRAP、ISSR和RAPD分析,共获得15条SRAP、3条ISSR和2条RAPD标记。利用这20个标记对206个菌株进行聚类分析,获得亲缘关系树状图。结果显示在28%的相似值上,206个菌株可以分为高产型和优质型两大类群,而在100%相似值上,可分为大小72个类群,每群包含菌株数为1~31不等。

Abstract: 206 cultivation strains of Agaricus bisporus were studied by using the techniques of SRAP, ISSR and RAPD fingerprinting, and 15 special SRAP bands, 3 special ISSR bands and 2 special RAPD bands were obtained. The strains were clustered based on the 20 special bands and a tree map was obtained. The results showed that 206 strains be divided into high-production group and good-quality group at the similarity coefficient of 28%, while at the similarity coefficient of 100%, the strains were divided into 72 groups with strain number range of 1~31.
