Abstract:

In order to enrich the ornamental plant resources in southern region，the experimental introduction of chaenomeles was studied in Zhejiang Jiaxing. Under the conditions of general management，the results showed that the growth performance of such varieties as ‘Fuse’ was normal. They were the excellent ornamental plants，could be used in yard，street，road and garden landscape．And was also used in the production of high-grade art bonsai．Combined with their ornamental biological characteristics，means of their application were discussed．
