摘要： 作者根据一年来在地震灾区的农业重建和新品种、新技术推广工作体会，以及对广大村民认真的分类调查研究，归纳出当前农村尤其是灾区农民的社会心理状态对农业重建和新品种、新技术推广的影响 ，并提出相应的对策和措施。这对于今后在广大农村，特别是在灾区从事农业重建及农技推广工作的社会机构和人员，有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:

Abstract: Based on the one-year work on agricultural reconstruction and new agricultural varieties and technology extension, as well as the classified investigation and research on a large number of villagers in earthquake-stricken areas, the writer sums up the villagers’ social psychology impact on agricultural reconstruction and technology extension, meanwhile, puts forward some countermeasures and strategies. These contain some reference value for the public institutions and personnel engaged in agricultural reconstruction and agricultural technology extension in quake-stricken areas.
