复合纳米SO42-/TiO2-(Ag、Fe)光催化环保涂料制备及其超临界CO2喷涂研究(Ⅰ)纳米SO42-/TiO2-(Ag、Fe)光催化剂制备及其表征

摘要:

本研究力图得到太阳光下具有催化活性强,光响应范围宽的纳米光催化剂,将其用于复合纳米TiO2基环保涂料,使涂膜产生自洁和净化大气的功能。用不同工艺制备纳米SO42-/TiO2,用Ag、Fe对制备的纳米TiO2粒子进行共掺杂改性,得到纳米SO42-/TiO2-(Ag、Fe)。通过光催化活性、XRD、FT-IR及DRS表征,表明用超临界CO2干燥制备的纳米SO42-/TiO2具有超强酸性质,可有效提高纳米TiO2的光量子效率,光催化活性强;用Ag、Fe共掺杂,产生了协同效应,能使纳米TiO2光吸收范围扩展到可见光区。

Abstract:

In this study, we try to gain nanometer photocatalyst with better photocatalytic activity and wider range of photoresponse, and apply it to nanometer TiO2-BASED composite coating that have the functions of photocatalytic self-cleaning and atmosphere purification. Nanometer solid acid SO42-/TiO2 was prepared with different methodologies and was co-doped with silver and ferrum to form nanometer SO42-/TiO2-(Ag,Fe).The products were characterized by photocatalytic activities、XRD、FT-IR and DRS. The results showed that the nanometer SO42-/TiO2 particles prepared by supercritical CO2 drying had better photocatalytic activity、superacid properties and more efficient photo-quantum effect. (Ag,Fe)co-doped SO42-/TiO2 brought about cooperativity effect, extending the light absorption width into visible spectrum.
