中草药提取物对朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)生物活性的研究

Evaluation Acaricidal Activities of Medicinal Plants Extracts against Tetranychus cinnabarinus

摘要:

通过玻片浸渍法室内测定了8种供试中草药的3种提取物对朱砂叶螨成螨的触杀活性。当提取物浓度达到2mg?mL- 1时,旋覆花与石楠叶石油醚提取物、蓖麻子甲醇提取物的杀螨活性较高。毒力活性测定表明:旋覆花与石楠叶石油醚提取物的LC50值分别为(1.1843±0.0868mg/mL)和(1.3731±0.0898 mg/mL)、蓖麻子甲醇提取物的LC50值为(1.2111±0.1616 mg/mL)。由此表明,这3种植物的提取物均具有较好的杀螨生物活性。

Abstract:

Acaricidal activities of eight plants extracts by 3 solvent against Tetranychus cinnabarinus were measured in laboratory using slide-dip method. The mortality from petroleum ether extract of Inula britanica;Ricinus communis methanol ether extract;Photinia serrulate petroleum ether extract after treatment,which showed significantly higher acaricidal activities than the other ones in the concentration of 1mg/mL The result of acaricidal activities test showed their LC50 value as follows: Inula britanica. Photinia serrulate petroleum ether extract with LC50 value of (1.1843±0.0868mg/mL) and (1.3731±0.0898 mg/mL). Ricinus communis methanol ether extract with LC50 value of (1.2111±0.1616 mg/mL).
