摘要：

近年来，随着现代分子生物学及统计学分析方法的快速发展，水产动物重要经济性状相关性研究已成为当前分子育种研究的热点。本文重点介绍了近年来微卫星分子标记在水产动物几个主要经济性状相关性研究中的进展，讨论当前研究中存在的问题，并展望了水产动物经济性状相关微卫星标记的研究前景。

Abstract:

In recent years , with the rapid development of modern molecular biology and statistic analysis methods, correlation analysis of important economic traits has been become a hot of molecular breeding in aquaculture species. In this paper, recent application of microsatellite marker in aquaculture species are viewed including morphology, resistance ,reproduction tiaits. In addition,problems existing in correlation analysis are discussed and its development is envisaged.
