摘要:钾离子通道是烟株吸收土壤中钾离子的重要通道蛋白,能明显改善烟草的品质和提高烟株的抗逆性,因此转钾离子通道基因烟草被广泛应用起来,如采用载体介导法和DNA直接摄取法向烟草中导入高效吸收积累型钾离子通道基因。转钾离子通道基因的烟草,不但吸钾量明显增加,而且烟株的抗逆性也显著增强,提高了烟草的抗旱性、抗寒性、抗病性、耐盐性等抗逆能力。因此转钾离子通道等相关抗逆基因已经成为改良烟草抗逆境胁迫的新途径。

Abstract:

Abstract: The potassium ion channel is the important channel protein to absorb potassium from soil for tobacco, can significantly improve the quality and the resistance of tobacco, so transferred potassium ion channel gene is widely used in tobacco, such as making use of vector-mediated transformation and direct DNA uptake transformation for the transferred high absorption and accumulation type potassium ion channel gene. Transferred potassium ion channel gene tobacco markedly increases potassium uptake and stress resistance, and improves the drought resistance of tobacco, cold resistance, disease resistance, salt tolerance, etc. Transferred potassium ion channel and resistance-related genes have become new ways for improving stress resistance of tobacco.
