摘要:

本文综述了国内外木本植物种质资源超低温保存方面的最新研究成果,主要从材料选择、冰冻方法两个方面总结超低温保存的原理、影响因素以及对比不同冻存方法的优缺点,并展望了木本植物种质资源超低温保存技术的应用前景。

Abstract:

The latest achievements of cryopreserving woody plant germplasm were outlined.The cryopreservation theory, affecting factors and the advantages and disadvantages of different methods of cryopreservation were reviewed in two aspects including material selecting and conservation-methods.It showed the prospects of applying cryopreservation techniques in woody plant germplasm.
