摘要:

摘要:禽流感是由A型流感病毒引起的一种人兽共患病,不仅给养禽业带来重大经济损失,并且已经严重威胁到人类健康。由于流感病毒具有亚型多、抗原变异性较强、宿主范围广等特点。因此,建立一种快速、有效的流感病毒检测方法就显得非常重要。笔者就目前流感病毒的检测技术,包括诊断做一综述,以期为有效控制禽流感的发生与流行提供强有力的技术支撑关键词:禽流感病毒;检测技术;研究进展

Abstract:

ABSTRACT : Avain influenza(AI) is a zoonoses caused by type A influenza viruses,which not only caused great economic loss but greatly threated the human health.Because AI has many subtypes,the antigen varies frequently,and has a wide host range ,it is very important to establish a fast and effective virus diagnostic method.In the present paper,the progress on diagnostic technology of AIV is reviewed, and it is hoped that it will provide strong and powerful technology support to control AIV
