摘要: 近年来,利用转基因技术以提高小麦产量、改善品质、增强抗病虫和抗逆能力,相关研究已卓见成效。主要对目前小麦转基因技术研究现状、主要的转化方法、转化效率、影响因素、转化目标基因、相关报告基因与选择标记基因的应用以及外源基因的表达调控等做了简要总结,对小麦转基因存在的问题及育种潜力进行了分析和展望。

Abstract: Great progress of applying transformation technology to improve wheat characters such as productivity, quality, resistances to diseases, insects and adverse conditions have been made in recent years. The recent progress in wheat genetic transformation technology, the main methods of wheat transformation, the factors influencing the transformation efficiency,the target genes widely used today, application of report gene, selective and marker genes,expression and regulation of exogenous gene are discussed in this paper. The remaining problems and countermeasures, potential in wheat breeding field, the task of the research on wheat transformation in the future are also pointed out.
