烯效唑(S3307)促进苹果果实着色的研究

摘要:

烯效唑(S3307)处理可以显著地提高寒光苹果果实的着色程度,同时使果实的一些重要品质提高。S3307处理促进了果皮花青素合成和叶绿素降解,提高了果实中可溶性糖的含量。研究表明,S3307处理改变了果实成熟过程中内源激素含量之间的动态变化和平衡,即S3307处理主要降低了果实中内源GA3含量,提高了果实中ABA/GA3的比值。

Abstract:

S3307 treatment promoted highly color formation of skin and enhanced some important quality for Hanguang apple. S3307 treatment was favorable for accumulation of anthocyanin content and reduction of chlorophyll content,and aslo improved soluble sugar content .The study show that S3307 treatment played a role on altering content and balance among hormones during maturation of fruit. S3307 treatment decreased GA3 content and improved GA3 content in fruit.
