Abstract:

Polyphenols of fruit tree as one of the important secondary metabolic substances, widely exist in fruit trees and fruit organs. They have some regulatory effects on the growth, development and adaptability of fruit trees, and they play an important part in various fields such as food, medical, feed and environmental protection in future because of their unique physiological and biochemical properties. In this paper，the study and aplication of physiological and biochemical function of polyphenols of fruit tree were reviewed，which can provide corresponding reference to development and utilization polyphenols of fruit tree further.
