摘要:

果树多酚类物质是一类广泛存在于果树体内及果实器官中的重要次生代谢产物,对树体生长发育及适应性有一定的调节作用,其独特的理化性质使其在食品、医疗、饲料添加及环保等各个领域有着广阔的应用前景。本文就果树多酚类物质的生理功能和应用作一综述,为深入研究开发利用果树多酚提供相应的参考。

Abstract:

Polyphenols of fruit tree as one of the important secondary metabolic substances, widely exist in fruit trees and fruit organs. They have some regulatory effects on the growth, development and adaptability of fruit trees, and they play an important part in various fields such as food, medical, feed and environmental protection in future because of their unique physiological and biochemical properties. In this paper,the study and aplication of physiological and biochemical function of polyphenols of fruit tree were reviewed,which can provide corresponding reference to development and utilization polyphenols of fruit tree further.
