椪柑变异品种泸红的果实品质研究

Research on Quality of Luhong of Mutational Varieties in Ponkan

摘要:

本试验以普通椪柑及其变异品种泸红为试材,分析测定果实品质与果皮类胡萝卜素的含量,结果表明,泸红可溶性固形物达14.06,比普通椪柑高16.58%;酸含量较普通椪柑高18%,但其糖酸比相近;Vc含量较普通椪柑高10.29%;泸红果皮为橙红色,积累类胡萝卜素含量的能力大为增强,达430.37μg/g?FW,是普通椪柑的1.65倍。

Abstract:

The fruit quality and content of carotenoids of fruits'pericarp was analyzed of Ponkan and Luhong. Results showed that the soluble solids of Luhong reach to 14.06, Higher than the Ponkan at 16.58%; Acid content of Luhong higher than Ponkan at 18%, but the threonate ratio are similar; The content of Vc more than ponkan at 10.29%; Fruits'pericarp of Luhong is orange-red, the ability of accumulation of carotenoids is significantly enhanced, reach to 430.37 μg/g ? FW, and it is 1.65 times higher than Ponkan.
