四种青海青稞品种的染色体核型分析

Karyotype Analysis on Primary Cultivars of Highland Barley in Qinghai Province

摘要:

青稞是青海省主要的粮食作物之一,采用压片法对青海省主要栽培的四种青稞品种的染色体核型进行了研究,结果表明:北青3号的核型公式是2n=2x=14=12m+2msat,北青6号的核型公式是2n=2x=14=10m+4smsat,肚里黄的核型公式是2n=2x=14=12m+2msat,昆仑12号的核型公式是2n=2x=14=10m+4msat。核型类型都属于Stebbins-1型,聚类分析结果表明, 4个品种在核型上存在一定分化, 这可能是由不同的遗传背景造成的。

Abstract:

Highland Barley(Hordeum Vulgare L.var.nudum Hook.f ) is an important grain crops in Qinghai Province. The karyotypes of four primary Highland Barley cultivars in Qinghai Province were studied by applying pressing method. The results indicated that: the karyotype formula of beiqing3 was 2n=2x=14=12m+2msat. the karyotype formula of beiqing6 was 2n=2x=14=10m+4smsat. the karyotype formula of dulihuang was 2n=2x=14=12m+2msat. the karyotype formula of kun12 was 2n=2x=14=10m+4msat. The karyotype of four cultivars were Stebbins-1. The result of the phylogenetic analysis of four cultivars shows that the karyotypes of 4 cultivars differentiate in some degree, which may be caused by different genetic backgrounds.
