Advances of Studies on Biological Control of Vegetable Root-knot Nematode in Installation Cultivation

摘要:

近年来,随着设施栽培的高速发展,诸多制约设施栽培蔬菜产业发展的问题随之出现。蔬菜线虫病害问题是最重要制约因素之一,其中以根结线虫(Meloidogyne spp.)的危害最为严重。根结线虫是植物根系定居性内寄生生物,因其广泛分布性和多寄生性,现已成为世界性的威胁农业生产的主要病原物。过去,该类病害的防治以化学药剂为主,并结合农业防治以及使用抗病品种等,但都有其局限性。随着科技的进步和人们环保意识的加强,生物防治引起了人们的高度重视。本文综述了生物防治的各类生防因子的研究进展,并就影响根结线虫生物防治的一些重要因素进行了深入分析,最后对生物防治进行了展望。

Abstract:

In recent years, with the rapid development of installation cultivation of vegetable, many questions which constraint its development appeared. Among them, nematode disease is one of the most important constraint factors, one of which the harm caused by the root-knot nematodes (Meloidogyne spp.) is the most serious. Root-knot nematode is internal parasites settlement in plant roots, which has become one of most governing pathogen threaten to agricultural for its widespread and more parasites, In the past, chemicals were used to control this disease, combined with agricultural control and the use of resistant varieties, but has its limitations. With the advancement of technology and enhanced awareness of environmental protection, biological control has aroused a great attention. This paper reviews the advances of various biological control factors, and important factors influenced the efficiencies of biological control to nematode were analysed thoroughly, in the last, the application prospect of the biological control were reviewed.
