摘要:

蛇毒纤维蛋白(原)溶解酶(简称纤溶酶)是一类能直接溶解纤维蛋白(原)的酶,广泛存在于多种蛇毒中。利用蛋白质分离技术从蛇毒中高度纯化而得的蛇毒纤溶酶在心脑血管疾病的治疗方面具有潜在的应用价值。该文对蛇毒纤溶酶的理化性质和酶学特性做了简要概述,并对蛇毒纤溶酶分子生物学的相关研究及作为抗栓剂的开发应用进行了展望。

Abstract:

The fibrino(geno)lytic enzymes which wildly exist in many kinds of snake venoms can directly lysis fibrin(ogen). The fibrino(geno)lytic enzymes purified from snake venoms through the technology of protein separation display the potential value in the application of cardio-cerebrovascular disease. This article discusses the studies about physicochemical properties and enzymatic characterization of the venom fibrino(geno)lytic enzymes, as well as the related research in molecular biology and the development and application as thrombolytic agent.
