Involvement of DNA Methylation in Tree Development and Micropropagation

摘要:

DNA甲基化是重要的表观遗传修饰之一,在基因表达调控、植物生长发育和进化中起重要的调节作用。笔者主要对木本植物生长发育及无性、有性繁殖过程的DNA甲基化模式重建的相关研究进展进行综述。结合当前研究进展讨论了与木本植物年龄、花期、休眠、育性等相关的不同生长发育阶段的DNA甲基化模式重建,以及愈伤组织继代、再生植株形成、体胚发生等无性繁殖过程中的DNA甲基化模式重建,最后讨论杂交过程中的DNA甲基化模式重建,并对当前研究进行展望。

Abstract:

DNA methylation is the most important way of epigenetics, which plays an important role in gene expression, plant development and micropropagation. This paper introduced the progress of DNA methylation in tree development and micropropagation, including the DNA methylation patterns reconstruction between different development stages, such as age, flowering, dormancy, education and sex of woody plants, and the DNA methylation patterns reconstruction in the callus subculture, the formation of regenerated plants and somatic embryogenesis. Last, the relationship between hybridization and DNA methylation was reviewed, and then prospected the current research.
