摘要:

本文选用10个微卫星标记分析了我国5个引进家兔品种的DNA多态性。通过计算有效等位基因数、多态信息含量、遗传杂合度,分析了各品种内的遗传变异。结果表明:在五个品种中,新西兰兔有效等位基因数最多,为6.5455;加利福尼亚兔有效等位基因数最少,为3.000。比利时兔平均多态信息含量和平均杂合度最大,分别为0.5704和0.8233,加利福尼亚兔平均多态信息含量和平均杂合度最小,分别为0.4997和0.5897。

Abstract:

In this study,10 microsatellite markers were used to analyse polymorphisms of five rabbit lines by microsatellite DNA.Effective allele number,polymorphis in formation content (PIC) and the genetic heterozygosity were caculated to evaluate the genetic variability within lines.The results showed:both the polymorphic information content and the heterozygosity in Belgium rabbit population were the highest(0.5704 and 0.8233),while both in Galifornian rabbit population were the lowest(0.4997 and 0.5897).
