混合比例对水葫芦与玉米秸秆混合青贮效果的影响

Effects of Mixed Ratio on Efficiency of Mixed Silage of Water Hyacinth and Corn Straw

摘要: 为开发利用水葫芦生产优质青贮,调制了5种混合比例的水葫芦与玉米秸秆混合青贮及水葫芦青贮。5种混合青贮是按水葫芦︰玉米秸秆(质量比)分别为80:20、70:30、60:40、50:50和40:60进行调制。每个处理作2次重复,常温下贮存60d,开封后测定青贮的pH、干物质回收率(DMR)、气体损失率(GLR)、氨态氮(NH3-N)等指标。结果表明,所有混合青贮的pH均显著低于水葫芦青贮(P<0.01);70:30、60:40、50:50和40:60混合青贮的pH均低于4.2,它们的NH3-N也都显著低于水葫芦青贮(P<0.01)。可见,在水葫芦中添加适当比例的玉米秸秆可调制优质混合青贮。

Abstract: For the purpose of producing high quality silage, water hyacinth silage and water hyacinth & corn straw mixed silage were studied. Water hyacinth & corn straw were mixed into 5 silages with their weight ratio of 80:20, 70:30, 60:40, 50:50 and 40:60, besides water hyacinth silage. Each treatment was two repeats. Silage were fermented for 60 days under normal temperature. Then the pH value, dry matter rate(DMR), gas loss rate(GLR),ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N), and other items were measured. The result showed that the pH values of all the 5 mixed silages were lower than water hyacinth silage. (P<0.01), the pH value of the mixed silage 70:30, 60:40, 50:50 and 40:60 was lower than 4.2, and their NH3-N value was significantly lower than water hyacinth silage(P<0.01). That means that the treatment of adding corn straw to water hyacinth could help to make high quality silage.
