摘要:

在居民收入水平和消费水平日益增长的背景下,食品消费特点及消费影响因素等问题的研究具有重要意义。本文综合采用统计学分析法和ELES模型分析法,对北京市城乡居民家庭的蔬菜消费问题进行分析研究。通过改革开放以来的一些居民收入和各类食品消费的统计数据,总结北京市居民蔬菜消费以及消费结构的现状和变动趋势,比较得出城乡间居民蔬菜消费的不同之处。

Abstract:

In the background of growing income and consumption levels of residents, research on food consumption features and determinant factors of consumption is of great importance. This paper comprehensive uses statistical analysis and ELES model analysis to analyses vegetable consumption of urban and rural residents of Beijing. According to the statistical data of income and food consumption of residents since the reform and opening up, summarize the status and changing trend of vegetable consumption and consumption structure of residents of Beijing, conclude the different vegetable consumption between urban and rural residents.
