外源植物激素对羊草种子形成及萌发的影响

The Effect of Applying Exogenous Plant Hormone on Seed Formation and Germination Characteristic of Leymus chinensis

摘要:

为了提高羊草种子的产量及品质,在羊草拔节初期喷施赤霉素(GA3)、生长素(IAA)、激动素(KT)3种植物激素,调查羊草单株结实数、粒重变化及种子萌发特性。结果表明,不同的外源植物激素对羊草种子形成与种子萌发的影响有所不同。GA3和KT均可以显著增加羊草单株结实数和粒重,然而GA3对种子萌发并无显著影响,KT则显著降低了种子萌发的各项指标。IAA虽然对羊草结实数与粒重无显著影响,但是却显著增加了当季种子萌发的各项指标及幼苗根长。因此,喷施外源GA3可以有效提高羊草种子的结实数及粒重,喷施IAA可以显著增加当季羊草种子的萌发质量。

Abstract:

The aim was to improve the yield and quality of Leymus chinensis. The experiment was conducted by applying GA3, IAA and KT on L. chinensis jointing stage, to investigate the change of seed number and weight, and the characteristic of seed germination. The results indicated that, different exogenous hormone had diverse effects on the seed formation and germination on L. chinensis. GA3 and KT enhanced the number and weight of seeds of L. chinensis. However, GA3 had no significant effect on seed germination, but KT markedly decreased the various index of seed germination. Although IAA had no significant effect on the seeds number and weight per plant, it increased the various index of seed germination and the root length. Therefore, foliar spray with GA3 could effective improve the seed number and weight of L. chinensis, and application with IAA could increase the seed germination quality of the season.
