益生菌芽孢杆菌的分离与初步鉴定

摘要:

鉴于抗生素在饲料添加剂中的滥用,研究高效复合益生菌来替代抗生素已变得越来越重要。益生菌是一类新型饲料(食品)添加剂,可改善人畜肠道环境,减少体内有害菌群及有害物质含量。在本实验中,利用大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)为抑菌对象,分离到4株益生菌,实验证明其抑菌效果理想,经过经形态学观察及传统生理生化实验分析表明:本实验所获得的4株菌均为芽孢杆菌(Bacillus spp.),为进一步开发高效复合益生菌奠定菌种基础。

Abstract:

In view of the abuse of antibiotics in feed additives, efficient composite probiotics would used to replace antibiotics which had became more and more important. Probiotics was a novel feed (food) additive for mankind or animals, which could improved the intestinal environment, decrease the quantity of harmful microflora and the hazardous substances in the body. In this paper, Escherichia coli was used for probiotics isolation, and then four strains were obtained. The strains were identified by morphology observation and traditional physiology biochemistry experiments, and the results showed that they were all belonging to Bacillus spp. in the work. It would made basis for the use of probiotics.
