银木的组织培养及植株再生技术研究

Tissue Culture and Plant Regeneration of Cinnamomum platyphyllum

摘要: 以银木2年生小苗的茎段为外植体,建立银木的组织培养和再生体系。研究不同种类、不同浓度生长调节剂、光照条件等因素对银木组培各阶段产生的影响。结果表明:适合嫩茎段腋芽初诱导与生长对培养基的选择不甚严格,在基本培养基MS中即可诱导;增殖培养基为MS+ BA 0.5 mg/L+ NAA 0~ 0.05 mg/L,增殖系数可达3.5以上;生根的最佳培养基为1/2MS+ NAA 0.1 mg/L + IBA 0.2 mg/L,生根率达98%以上。银木的高效快繁体系建立为银木的开发利用和工厂化育苗提供可靠技术依据。

Abstract: Cinnamomum platyphyllum tissue culture and regeneration system was established based on two young stem segments for explants. Research different kinds, concentrations of growth regulators and illumination conditions on affect of cultivation each stage. The results showed that the appropriate media for the axillary bud induction and germinate from young stem segments was MS. The optimal medium for multiplication was MS+ BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0-0.05 mg/L, and the regenerating coefficient was above 3.5. The medium for the rooting was 1/2MS+ NAA 0.1 mg/L + IBA 0.2 mg/L, and the rate reached above 98%. Establish the rapid propagation of Cinnamomum platyphyllum providing the reliable technical basis for utilization and factory production.
