百合病毒编码蛋白及抗病性研究进展

Research Advances on Encoding Protein and Disease Resistance of Lily Viruses

摘要: 百合病毒病是当前影响中国百合种球质量的主要瓶颈之一,了解侵染百合病毒的编码蛋白及抗病性,有利于病毒与寄主相互作用的研究以及阐明病毒的致病机理,从而为百合的抗病性育种提供有力依据。本研究就侵染百合主要病毒的基因结构、编码蛋白以及抗病性研究进行了概述。经过分析得知百合病毒基因结构与编码蛋白有关联,且不同编码蛋白之间进化高度保守。还介绍了抗百合病毒的基因工程研究现状,概述了抗百合病毒基因工程新理论和新方法,并指出了百合抗病毒基因工程的发展方向。同时对百合抗病性育种研究进行了分析和展望。相信随着抗病毒基因工程研究的不断深入,百合病毒病的有效防控指日可待。

Abstract: Viruses in the lily plant are the bottlenecks of lily bulb quality in China, thus, studies on the mechanism of interaction between the virus and host are extremely important. We summarize the genetic structure, encoding protein and disease resistance of the most common viruses infecting lily plants. The results suggest that gene structure and the coding protein from lily virus are related, in addition, there is a highly conserved evolutionary process of different encoding proteins. Current anti-virus situation of gene engineering and a few new theories and methods are presented in this paper. Meanwhile, we analyze and forecast the development tendency of breeding potential of disease-resistant lily. Along with the deepening of research in genetic engineering of antivirus, we should effectively prevent and control infection in lilies.
