摘要： 根据国内外有关植物双生病毒伴随分子的报道，本文对双生病毒伴随分子的基因组结构特点、基因功能、与辅助病毒和寄主植物的互作以及应用等方面的研究现况进行了综述，对存在问题加以讨论并且分析了植物病毒伴随分子的研究前景。

Abstract: According to the reports about the molecules associated with plant geminiviruses, this text review all the research on the molecules, such as genomic structure, genomic function, the interaction with the helper virus and plant and their application. The problems are also discussed and the future study fieleds are analyzed.
