生物农药武夷菌素对保护地番茄灰霉病的防治效果

Effects of Bio-pesticide Wuyiencin on Controlling Tomato Gray Mould in Perotected Field

摘要: 为明确生物农药武夷菌素对番茄灰霉病的防治作用,通过室内毒力测定、温室盆栽和田间试验研究了武夷菌素对灰霉病菌的抑制作用和对灰霉病的防治效果。毒力测定结果表明武夷菌素能明显抑制灰霉病菌菌丝的生长,EC50为10.0802 μg/mL。温室试验表明,武夷菌素对番茄灰霉病有保护和治疗作用,而且保护作用优于治疗作用;武夷菌素对灰霉病有较长的持效期,400倍液处理番茄8天后再接种的防效仍然达61.32%。田间试验表明,对保护地番茄间隔7天、连续施药3次,第3次施药15天后2%武夷菌素100倍液的防效达83.93%,显著高于35%腐霉利悬浮剂600倍液的防效。此外对番茄果实品质的测定结果表明,使用2%武夷菌素后番茄除有机酸的含量无明显变化外,可溶性固形物、维生素C和可溶性糖等含量都有一定程度的升高。试验表明武夷菌素对番茄灰霉病有很好的防治作用,同时可以提高番茄果实品质,为番茄生产上合理应用生物农药提供了依据。

Abstract: To study the effect of the bio-pesticide Wuyiencin on controlling tomato gray mould, toxicity experiments, pot tests and field trials were conducted. Toxicity experiments showed that Wuyiencin could strongly inhibit the mycelium growth of Botrytis cinerea, with an EC50 value of 10.0802μg/mL. Wuyiencin exhibited good protective effect and therapeutic effect against tomato gray mould in pot test, and the protective effect was prior to the therapeutic effect. At the same time Wuyiencin had a long persistence effect against Botrytis cinerea on tomato . In the field trials, the control effect of 100-fold dilution of 2% Wuyiencin AS was 83.93% 15 days after the third treatment. Besides, the effects of Wuyiencin on tomato fruit quality were studied. The results showed that content of soluble solids, vitamin C and soluble sugar were increased to some extent except titratable acid. In conclusion, 2% Wuyiencin exhibited excellent control efficacy against tomato gray mould and could improve tomato fruit quality, which could provide scientific basis for the reasonable application of bio-pesticide on tomato production.
