不同营养水平对尖尾芋组培苗温室生长的影响

Effects of Different Nutrient Solutions on Growth of Alocasia cucullata Micropropagation Plants in Greenhouse

摘要: 为提高尖尾芋试管苗温室移栽成活率,降低工厂化生产成本,提高工作效率和经济效益,在温室条件下,采用5种不同营养液处理尖尾芋试管苗40天,测定株高、叶片数、叶面积、地径几项形态指标和叶片干鲜重、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和淀粉含量等几项生理指标,对尖尾芋苗期营养液进行优化选择。结果表明:5种营养液处理的尖尾芋各项形态和生理指标均显著高于对照,其中以E处理(N:P: K=21:2:9)最高,其他4个处理之间的差异不明显。

Abstract: In order to improve the survival rate of Alocasia cucullata micropropagated plants transplanted into greenhouse, reduce production cost, improve working efficiency and economic benefits, the effects of different nutrient solutions on growth of Alocasia cucullata plantlets in greenhouse were investigated by analyzing growth parameters and physiological indexes. The results indicated that nutrient solution E (N:P:K=21:2:9) showed best on morphological and physiological indexes. The other four treatments showed no significant difference with each other. Compared with water, Alocasia cucullata which supplied with five nutrient solutions all showed better on growth.
