Study Progress of Plant Root Model

摘要: 为了构建高精度的植物根系模拟模型,进而提高陆面过程模型的模拟精度和提高农业气象防灾减灾的能力,归纳了根系的统计模型、形态可视化模型和机理模型发展,分析了根长、根密度、根生物量和根表面积等根系指标的模拟模型,展望了根系模型发展趋势。认为由于根系研究的不易性,目前根系模型发展还主要停留在根系指标与非环境因素(如时间、土层深度)的统计拟合关系,随着现代化地下根系观测系统的发展,根系生长与多环境因子的定量关系模型成为将来根系模拟的重要方向,环境因子对根系生理生态的影响机制是根系模型发展的关键。

Abstract: In order to construct high accuracy plant roots model, and improve the simulation precision of land surface process model and the ability of agricultural meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation, the development of the statistical model, visualization model and mechanism model for roots were summarized. The root models about root length, root density, root biomass, root surface area were analyzed. The development trend of root model was prospected. This paper believed that the root models were mainly based on the statistical fitting relationship between root index and non-environmental factors (e.g. time, soil depth) because the root observation was very difficult. With the construction of modern underground root observation system, developing the quantitative relationship models of root growth and multi environmental factors became an important direction of root simulation in the future. The mechanism of effects of environmental factors on root physiology and ecology was the key to the development of root model.
