土壤中有机氮形态及测定方法的研究进展

Advances of Soil Organic Nitrogen Forms and Testing Methods

摘要: 有机态氮是土壤氮素的主要存在形式,它是氮素循环中一个重要枢纽站,因此了解有机氮各组分的形态是土壤氮素肥力研究的重点。现已证明植物是可以直接从土壤中吸收可溶性有机氮,特别是小分子氨基酸,但仍有未被研究者发现的形态,基于同步辐射光源的X射线吸收近边结构光谱技术是国内外测定有机氮形态的前沿方法。文章综述了植物对有机氮的吸收,土壤有机氮的化学形态及其存在状况、不同施肥处理土壤有机氮含量及形态与土壤肥力之间的关系以及土壤有机氮4种测定方法,以期为进行植物吸收、利用有机氮的研究提供方法基础。

Abstract: Organic nitrogen is the main existing form of soil nitrogen, which is an important hub of nitrogen cycle. Studying the form of organic nitrogen components is the focal point in the soil nitrogen fertility. Arsenicals have been shown that plants can directly absorb soluble organic nitrogen from the soil, especially small molecular amino acids. But some components are still undiscovered. The technology of using synchrotron soft X-ray source absorption near-edge structure is the advanced technology both at home and abroad. This paper reviewed the plant organic nitrogen nutrition, chemical constitution of soil organic nitrogen and its existence, the relationship between soils fertility and the content of organic nitrogen under different fertilization treatments and 4 methods for determination of soil organic nitrogen to provide theory basic for organic nitrogen acquisition in plants.
