禾本科植物原生质体分离研究进展

Advances on the Isolation of Protoplast in Gramineous Plants

摘要: 利用原生质体可以方便快捷地对植物进行遗传改良和细胞生理生化特性研究。为了给禾本科植物原生质体分离体系的建立提供理论依据,推动禾本科植物原生质体的研究应用,对制备禾本科植物原生质体的材料选择、材料的预处理、分离方法及条件和纯化方式等方面的研究进展进行详细的阐述,分析了影响禾本科植物原生质体分离效果的有关因素,并对禾本科植物原生质体分离所存在的问题提出建议及对其研究应用进行展望。

Abstract: The protoplast is a convenient tool for genetic improvements and characteristic researches on cell physiology and biochemistry in gramineous plants. In order to provide theoretical basis for establishment of protoplast isolation in gramineous plants and promote the application, a detailed description about protoplast isolation research progress in gramineous plants from four aspects, including materials, pretreatment, the methods and conditions of separation as well as purification, were reviewed in the article. The relevant factors affecting the protoplast separation were analyzed. At the same time, some suggestions about the protoplast separation were put forward and utilization of gramineous plants was also proposed.
