0.0075%芸苔素内酯水剂对小白菜调节生长和品质的影响

Effect of 0.0075% Brassinolide Water Aqua on Regulating Growth and Quality in Pakchoi

摘要: 为研究0.0075%芸苔素内酯水剂对小白菜(BrassicachinensisL.)对产量和品质提高方面的作用效果,在小白菜苗期、生长期分别喷施不同浓度的0.0075%芸苔素内酯水剂。结果显示:0.0075%的芸苔素内酯对小白菜的生长有明显的调节作用,能够显著提高小白菜的株高,增加叶片宽度、数量和生物量,与对照相比,产量增加了8.42%~17.41%;芸苔素内酯对小白菜的品质也有一定的提高与改善作用,能显著提高小白菜维生素C、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白的含量,降低粗纤维的含量,粗纤维含量由对照的1.12%下降至0.83%。综合考虑,当药液浓度达到0.075mg/kg时,各项生理指标均达较高水平,且与最大值均无显著差异,因此建议喷施的适宜浓度为0.05~0.075mg/kg。

Abstract: The paper aims to study the effect of 0.0075% brassinolideWA on growth and quality of pakchoi. A series of concentrations of 0.0075% brassinolideWA were sprayed at pakchoi seedling and growth stages. The result showed that the features of growth such as plant height, leaf width and quantity and plant biomass significantly increased after using different concentration of 0.0075% brassinolideWA. Compared with the control, the reproduction increased about 8.42%- 17.41% . The quality of pakchoi such as the content of vitamin C, soluble sugar and soluble protein also significantly increased whereas the content of crude fiber significantly reduced after using different concentrations of 0.0075% brassinolideWA. The content of crude fiber reduced from 1.12% of the control to 0.83%. The physiological indicators of pakchoi reached the better level and had no difference from the best when using 0.075 mg/kg of 0.0075% brassinolideWA. Therefore, the concentrations of 0.050-0.075 mg/kg were recommended to use in the field.
