温度和光照对富贵籽花芽分化的作用研究

Effects of Temperature and Light on Flower Bud Differentiation in Ardisia crenata

摘要: 为研究富贵籽成花的影响因素,探明其花芽分化与环境主要因素温度和光照的关系,以1.5~2年生盆栽富贵籽为试验材料,采用不同的温度、光周期和光照强度进行试验研究。结果表明,温度对富贵籽的花芽分化起决定性的作用,是影响富贵籽成花的主要因素,20~25℃处理下的富贵籽植株可以完成花芽分化和成花,而10℃处理的植株一直处于营养生长状态而未能花芽分化。光照对富贵籽的成花不起主导作用,在营养生长充实的条件下,无论是长日照还是短日照,只要温度合适富贵籽即可进行花芽分化,说明光周期对富贵籽的花芽分化不起作用,但合适的光照强度有利于其生长发育。

Abstract: In order to study the factors effected Ardisia crenata’s flowering and ascertain the relationship between flower bud differentiation and two main environmental factors, temperature and light, the experiment was carried out which used 1.5-2 year old potted Ardisia crenata as material and set different treatments by temperature, photoperiod and light density. The results showed that temperature was a main factor affecting flower bud differentiation of Ardisia crenata. Under treatment with 20-25℃ Ardisia crenata could undergo the whole process of flower bud differentiation, while under the treatments with temperatures 10℃ it could not undergo flower bud differentiation but just maintained the vegetative growth process. When vegetative growth was strong, flower bud differentiation of Ardisia crenata occurred as long as temperature was appropriate regardless long-day or short-day light treatment. It showed photoperiod had no effect on flower bud differentiation and floral induction, but suitable light density was beneficial to the growth and development of Ardisia crenata.
