木醋液的来源、成分及其应用研究进展

Research Progress of Source, Chemical Compositions and Application of Wood Vinegar

摘要: 为了了解木醋液的提取种类、成分以及木醋液在各行业的应用情况的现状,把握木醋液的发展趋势和研究方向,笔者在广泛查阅了国内外研究和文献的基础上,归纳了木醋液来源的种类、成分的差别及其在各行业的现有应用情况。研究结果表明:木醋液的来源分布广泛易得且成本低,树干、树枝、果核、果壳、玉米芯、木屑等农林业加工废弃物均可用来提取木醋液;且不同种类木醋液的成分有差别,以酸类及酚类为主,还含有量较少、种类复杂的酮类、酯类、醛类和醇类等化合物;同时木醋液的应用方向也非常广泛,在农林业、畜牧业、环境、食品、医疗等都有不同程度应用。木醋液的生产及应用都对环境友好,对人畜无毒害作用,在中国有很大的发展前景。

Abstract: In order to understand the extract species, chemical composition and the application situation of wood vinegar, and grasp the development tendency and research direction of wood vinegar, this paper summarized the kinds of sources, the difference in chemical compositions and the present application situations in various industries of wood vinegar based on the extensive researches and literature reviews. The results showed that the source distribution of wood vinegar was idespread, and it was easily obtained, meanwhile the cost was low, the trunk, branches, kernel, nuts, corn cob, sawdust and other agriculture and forestry waste could be used to extract wood vinegar liquid; there were different chemical compositions among different species of wood vinegar, but the chemical compositions of the wood vinegar were dominated by acids and phenols, and also contained less and complicated kinds of ketones, esters, aldehydes, alcohols and other compounds; at the same time, the application of wood vinegar was also extensive in the agriculture and forestry, animal husbandry, environment, food, medical treatment and so on. The production and application of wood vinegar was environmentally friendly, and it had no toxic effect on human and animal, and had great development prospects in China.
