贮存中的沼液污染因子分析评估

Analysis and Evaluation of Pollution Factors During Biogas Slurry Storage

摘要: 为实现沼液农田安全应用,研究了规模化养猪场沼液在不同贮存时间条件下,有机物和重金属变化规律,并对污染因子进行分析。结果表明沼液中污染物总量随贮存时间增加而下降,主要致污因子为3种有机污染物,5种重金属均无超标,沼液贮存时间大于9天综合污染评价为安全级,且农田应用需兑水稀释。评价结果还为沼气工程的工艺改进提供参考。

Abstract: In order to achieve a safe application of biogas slurry to farmland, the change rules of organic matter and heavy metal were studied under different storage time in large-scale pig farm, the indexes were analyzed by the method of single-factor pollution index and comprehensive-factor pollution index. The results showed that total pollutants decreased with the increase of storage time, the main pollution factors included 3 kinds of organic pollutants, 5 kinds of heavy metals did not exceed the standard. When the storage time was over 9 days, the biogas slurry could reach the safety level in comprehensive-factor pollution index evaluation, and water dilution was required in the application of biogas slurry. The evaluation results could provide reference for improving the process of biogas engineering.
