不同腐熟剂对玉米秸秆腐解及养分释放动态的影响

Decomposition Rate and Nutrient Release of Corn Stalk Treated with Different Decomposition Maturing Agents

摘要: 利用尼龙网袋法模拟玉米秸秆还田,研究不同腐熟剂对玉米秸秆腐解速率及有机碳、氮、磷、钾养分释放特征。结果表明:(1)玉米秸秆应用不同腐熟剂的腐解速率均表现为:快速腐解期(前10天)>中速腐解期(10~50天)>缓慢腐解期(50~100天)。经过100天的分解,玉米秸秆生物量有72.46%~76.09%被分解,应用腐熟剂的累积腐解率均高于未施用腐熟剂处理。(2)玉米秸秆养分释放表现为:K>P>C>N。100天结束时玉米秸秆有机碳、氮、磷、钾养分释放率平均分别为:58.66%、57.3%、88.68%、94.88%。秸秆腐熟剂有益于玉米秸秆中难分解物的分解,可加速秸秆中有机碳、氮、磷的释放。综合比较,有机废物发酵菌曲的效果最佳,更适宜推广。

Abstract: Using nylon net to simulate stalk return to soil, the decomposition rate and nutrient release of organic C, N, P and K of corn stalk treated with different decomposition maturing agents were studied. The results showed that: (1) the decomposition rate of corn stalk was: fast decomposition period (first 10 days)>medium decomposition period (10-50 days)>slow decomposition period (50-100 days); after 100 days, 72.46%-76.09% of the corn stalk biomass was decomposed; the accumulated decomposition rate under decomposition maturing agent was higher than that of CK; (2) the sequence of nutrient release rate of corn stalk was: K>P>C>N, after 100 days, the average nutrient release rate of organic C, N, P and K of corn stalk was 58.66%, 57.3%, 88.68% and 94.88%, respectively; the decomposition maturing agent was beneficial to difficult destructive materials in corn stalk and could accelerate nutrient release of organic C, N and P. It was demonstrated that zymogeneous bacteria of organic waste had the best effect and could be promoted in production.
