发酵菜粕流化干燥技术的研究

Drying Technology of Fermented Rapeseed Meal by Fluidized Bed

摘要: 为改善发酵菜粕干燥工艺,利用流化床设备对其进行干燥研究。对干燥过程中定时采样的数据进行计算统计,得出干燥过程中发酵菜粕的干燥特性曲线,分析发酵菜粕在干燥过程中物料水分变化的特性。结果表明,120℃恒定干燥条件下,发酵菜粕的恒定干燥速率为82.62 kg/(m2 ·h),恒速干燥阶段蒸发的水分占总蒸发量的44.54%。该研究获得了发酵菜粕的干燥曲线和干燥速率曲线,为发酵饲料的流化床干燥工艺的优化提供参考和依据。

Abstract: In order to improve the drying process of fermented rapeseed meal, fermented rapeseed meal was dried by fluidized bed dryer in this study. The sampling data collected in fixed time were calculated so as to obtain the drying curve and drying rate curve of fermented rapeseed meal in the drying process. Moisture changes of fermented rapeseed meal in the drying process were analyzed based on the curve. The results showed that constant drying rate of the fermented rapeseed meal was 82.62 kg/(m2 ·h) at the temperature of 120℃. Evaporation in the constant drying stage accounted for 44.54% of the total evaporation. The drying curve and drying rate curve of fermented rapeseed meal were obtained and would provide reference for optimizing the drying process of fermented feed using fluidized bed dryer.
