柚皮有效成份提取及综合利用研究进展

Extraction Techniques and Comprehensive Utilization of Pomelo Peel

摘要: 柚皮富含果胶、黄酮类化合物、柠檬苦素类化合物、膳食纤维、精油等活性物质,在食品、药品、化工等行业都有很好的应用前景。中国柚子品种多,产量大,柚皮资源丰富,但目前大部分柚皮被作为废弃物,未能充分利用。为提高中国柚皮利用率,促进柚产业升级,本研究总结了当前柚皮有效成分提取技术的最新研究进展,并对柚皮糖制、柚皮发酵、柚皮制备吸附剂等国内外柚皮综合利用途径进行较全面地论述,同时,鉴于目前中国柚皮有效成分的提取技术仍有较大的提升空间,提出了进一步研究的思路:(1)开展对柠檬苦素、诺米林、圆柚酮等功能性成分的提取利用;(2)加强果胶、黄酮等柚皮提取物的分离纯化技术;(3)推进新兴提取技术和设备的生产性应用;(4)发挥地区品种优势进行特色柚皮成分的提取。

Abstract: Pomelo peel is rich in active components such as pectin, flavonoids, limonoids, dietary fiber and essential oil, and has a good application prospect in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. Pomelo has large yield and many varieties in China, the resources of pomelo peel are abundant but not utilized sufficiently. In order to improve the utilization of pomelo peel and upgrade the pomelo industry, extraction techniques for main components of pomelo peel were summarized in this review. Besides, comprehensive utilization of sugar preservation, fermentation, preparation for adsorbent, and other recent progress in pomelo peel at home and abroad were introduced. Meanwhile, ideas for further study were put forward to improve the extraction techniques of pomelo peel in China: (1) the extraction and utilization of limonin, nomolin, nootkatone and other functional components should be carried out; (2) the separation and purification technology of pomelo peel extract must be strengthened; (3) the application of new extraction techniques and equipment in production should be accelerated; (4) the advantages of regional varieties should be taken into account in extraction.
