三江平原主栽红小豆品种田间生产性状及品质特性分析

摘要: 以三江平原6个主栽红小豆品种宝清红、农安红、珍珠红、天津红、大红袍为试验材料,对其田间生产性状及品质特性指标进行测定分析。结果表明:农安红株高、主茎节数及分枝数均最大;6个红小豆品种,农安红和天津红单株荚数最高,且单荚粒数最多,分别为8.6和8.8个;珍珠红颜色明度最高,最为鲜亮,但其百粒重最低,农安红百粒重最高,达到19.16 g;农安红和珍珠红单位面积产量显著高于其他4个品种。农安红蛋白质含量最高,宝清红和农安红支链淀粉含量最高,农安红和珍珠红淀粉粒径显著高于其他小豆品种,出沙率也最高,分别为69.60、69.63 %。4个抗氧化酶活性依次顺序为:农安红>宝清红>珍珠红>大红袍>龙垦红2号>天津红。三江平原地区,农安红和珍珠红田间生产性状以及品质性状均表现较为突出,是该地区适宜种植的红小豆品种。

Abstract: In this study, we collected the six popular adzuki bean varieties of sanjiang plain which are baoqinghong, nonganhong, zhenzhuhong, tianjinhong, dahongpao to analyze the production trait and quality characters index. The results showed that the plant height, node numbers of main stem and numbers of branches of nonganhong were all best. Pod number per plant and grain number per pod of nonganhong and tianjinhong were the most: 8.6 and 8.8 respectively. Zhenzhuhong seeds color were the brightest, but 100-grain weight were the lowest and nonganhong were the highest reach to 19.6 g. The yield per unit area of nonganhong and zhenzhuhong were much higher than other varieties. The content of protein in nonganhong and amylopectin content in baoqinghong and nonganhong were all the highest. Starch granule size in nonganhong and zhenzhuhong were significantly greater than others, and the production rate of sweetened bean paste were up to 69.60% and 69.63% severally. According to the comprehensive index, 4 antioxidant enzyme activities were ranked as nonganhong >baoqinghong>zhenzhuhong>dahongpao>longkenhong 2>tianjinhong. These results suggest that nonganhong and zhenzhuhong were suitable to plant in sanjiang plain.
