国外珠母贝培育黑珍珠研究进展

Black Pearl Production with Pearl Oyster Pinctada margaritifera in Foreign Countries: Research Progress

摘要:

为掌握国外珠母贝养殖培育黑珍珠的研究进展,综述介绍了珠母贝分类、形态、生态和分布等生物学特征,采集天然苗种,幼虫培育的水质因子、饵料和培育密度等人工育苗技术,养殖笼具和养殖方式等母贝养殖技术,以及小片贝选择、手术前处理、植核季节等珍珠培育技术研究进展。建议加强珠母贝优良品种培育、养殖方式和植核育珠技术的研究,提高珠母贝海区养殖成活率和植核育珠的留核成珠率。

Abstract:

In order to provide information on the progress of black pearl production with pearl oyster Pinctada margaritifera in foreign countries, we reviewed the biological characteristics such as taxonomy, morphology, distribution, habitat and ecology, artificial breeding techniques such as natural spat collection, hatchery production water quality parameters, larval food and stocking density, pearl oyster culture such as culture units and methods, and pearl production techniques such as donor oyster selection, preoperative oyster conditioning, season of graft and grafter skill on pearl quality of black-lip pearl oyster P. margaritifera. Research suggestions such as strain breeding, culture methods and seeding techniques were proposed.
