Research Progress on Key Technologies for Improving the Availability of Upper Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves in Northern Guangdong

摘要:

为提高粤北烟区上部烟叶可用性,对粤北烟区上部烟叶外观质量、化学成分、感官质量变化进行总结,分析种植布局改变、栽培技术不规范、采收成熟度低、烘烤工艺不当对粤北烟区上部烟叶可用性的影响。结果显示,种植布局和栽培技术影响大田上部烟叶的耐熟性,难以留养成熟,影响鲜烟素质;采收成熟度低影响上部烟叶烘烤特性;烘烤工艺不当烟叶后熟不够,造成上部烟叶可用性下降。对全国和粤北产区农艺环节开展的栽培、采收方式、烘烤工艺关键技术研究进展进行归纳分析,指出以问题为导向、开展农艺到工艺系统性技术研究是提高上部烟叶可用性的关键。

Abstract:

To improve the availability of upper flue-cured tobacco leaves in northern Guangdong, the appearance quality, chemical composition and sensory quality of upper flue-cured tobacco leaves were compared and summarized, changing planting layout, irregular cultivation technique, incorrect harvest maturity and baking techniques were analyzed as the influencing factors. The results showed that planting layout and cultivation techniques affected the ripeness of upper tobacco leaves in the field, the immature upper leaves affected the curing characteristics, and incorrect baking techniques produced immaturity leaves of cured tobacco. In this paper, the related technologies in cultivation, harvesting methods and baking modulation were summarized and analyzed. Therefore, it is pointed out that the key for improving availability of upper flue-cured tobacco leaves is to carry out the problem-oriented and systematic research from theory to application technology.
