文心兰花期调控技术研究

摘要: 对蓝西、蜜糖、百万金币、红猫、巴黎文心和蜘蛛文心共6个品种的文心兰采用不同的光照、温度、施肥配比和植物生长调节剂处理,发现最适于花芽萌发的光照强度为19000 lx,温度条件为(日温~夜温)28~17℃,施肥配比为N:P:K =10:30:20,同时满足这些条件进行催花,蜜糖、百万金币和巴黎文心的抽花率可达70%以上,蓝西、红猫分别为55%和66%。蜘蛛文心的花芽分化必须经过较低温处理,经(日温~夜温)25~15℃处理60天,抽花率达到72.3%。6-BA处理对参试文心兰的抽花率未见明显影响。

Abstract: In this research ,six varieties oncidium (langxi、honeysugar、milliongolds、redcat、paris oncidium and spider oncidium)were tested by using difference illumination、temperature、fertilization proportionment and plant growth regulator, optimum illumination intension for flower buds’s bourgeon is 19000lx, optimum temperature (day temperature~night temperature) 28~17℃,the optimum proportionment of fertileization: N:P:K=10:30:20,hasten blossom in this condition, honey sugar、milliongolds and paris oncidium’s flower rate can achieve 70% above, langxi is 55% and redcat can achieve 66%. The buds’ differentiation of spider oncidium must be treated by low temperature, after 60 days by using the treatment of 25~15℃(day~night),flowerbuds rate can achieve 72.3%. In this paper, 6-BA has no obvious effect on the flowerbuds rate.
