水样硝酸盐离子交换色层法氮、氧同位素分析预处理条件试验

A Method for Preparation Nitrate in Water Samples for δ15N and δ18O Analysis——Ion Exchange Chromatography

摘要: 本文对水样硝酸盐氮、氧同位素分析的预处理方法——离子交换色层法做进一步研究和探讨,对前人的方法做出改进,将洗脱液HCl的体积和浓度最终确定为15ml-6M。AgNO3经TC-EA在线转化为N2和CO引进IRMS进行δ15N和δ18O的测定,省去了以往繁琐的转化步骤。此方法中,Bio-rad3公司生产的AG1-X8型阴离子交换树脂对NO3-具有较好的吸附性,吸附率能达到98%以上,洗脱率能达到94%以上。此外, δ15N和δ18O测定结果重现性较好,测试精度分别达到0.22‰和0.4‰,已达到国外同类研究水平,能满足水体中硝酸盐溯源和水文地质研究的要求。此方法适用于NO3--N浓度属于中高水平水样的预处理。

Abstract: Ion exchange chromatography for preprocessing water samples with nitrate for δ15N and δ18O analysis was further studied and the method of predecessor was improved in this paper. The eluent HCl was defined to 15ml-6M eventually. AgNO3 was transformed into N2 and CO directly by TC-EA avoiding the complicated conversion steps in the past. In this method, AG1-X8(Cl-, 200-400mesh) anion resin produced by Bio-rad3 Corporation had a relatively high affinity for nitrate, which made the sorption efficiency achieve more than 98 percent and the elution recovery achieve more than 94 percent. Moreover, it has a good reproducibility of δ15N and δ18O. The testing accuracy is 0.22‰ for δ15N and 0.4‰ for δ18O, which has reached the level of similar studies abroad and met the requirements of the hydrogeological applications. This method was suited for waters of moderate nitrate concentrations.
