摘要：

土地是经济发展最基本的要素，转变土地利用方式是促进经济发展方式转变的重要而有效的途径，如何优化土地利用，促进经济发展方式转变成为经济发展的重大问题。本文以保定市为例，基于2000—2008年的数据，采用相关分析的方法，研究了经济发展与土地利用的关系和存在的问题，并提出促进二者协调发展的现实途径。

Abstract:

Land is the most basic elements of economic development. Changing the way of land use is an important and effective approach for the mode of economic development. How to optimize land use and promote conversion of the mode of economic development become the major issues of economic development. In this article, for the example of Baoding, based on 2000-2008 data, the author use correlation analysis to study the relationship between the economic development and land use and infer to problems. At last, realistic ways are put forward about coordinated development between the economic development and land use.
