Abstract: The rural land system is the basic system of the country, China's rural collective land property right system construction by academia. This paper focuses on the subject of rural collective land ownership construction, rural collective land usufructuary right protection, property right of rural collective land assets of three key problems, the integrated use of literature retrieval method and the comparative analysis, summarizes the academic circle of our country rural collective land property right system research, discussed our country rural collective land property right system study of demand and trend. Research results showed that: first, the subject of rural collective land ownership of rural collective land property right system construction was the basic problem. Second, rural collective land usufructuary right protection research value was to strengthen farmer's land usufructuary right. Third, promote the rural collective land property right was the socialist market economic reform direction.
