摘要: 为了研究利用体细胞融合技术培育新型林木品种,综述了国内外近10多年的林木原生质体培养、体细胞融合技术以及其在林木育种工作中的应用研究,发现前人在原生质体的材料选择、解离和培养技术方法上获得了较大的进展,并在体细胞融合方法、方式和后期杂种细胞筛选方面取得了丰硕的成果,但相关研究还存在不足,今后还需在林木体细胞融合技术的可融合物种范围、影响因素和生理生化机制等方面开展更加深入的系统研究。

Abstract: The paper aims to study how to cultivate the new forest varieties by the somatic fusion technology. For this purpose, the recent 10 years’ research on the protoplast culture, somatic fusion technology and its application in forest breeding were summarized. Through the analysis of previous studies, it was found that the research on protoplast culture of forest had gained great progress in the material selection, dissociation and culture, and the research on somatic fusion technology had also achieved positive results on the fusion method and the selection of somatic hybrids. But the related research was still insufficient. In the future, it is necessary to carry out the in-depth study on forest somatic fusion technology in the perspective of fusion species, influencing factors and physiological and biochemical mechanism.
