摘要:

本试验利用四因素五水平二次回归通用旋转组合设计,研究不同水肥组合对生菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,水肥组合与生菜品质和产量呈极显著关系。其中磷肥对VC含量和产量的贡献率最大,其次是灌水量、氮肥和钾肥,而对可溶性糖的贡献率顺序为P>N>灌水量>K。鉴此,提出了温室生菜生产最优水肥组合方案:氮肥施用量为518.3~583.5 kg/hm2,磷肥施用量为536.1~626.3 kg/hm2,钾肥施用量为150.0~154.5 kg/hm2,灌水量为537.2~545.9 m3/hm2。

Abstract:

The comprehensive effects of K, P, N fertilizer and water on quality and yield of Lettuce was studied by means of quadratic general rotational (1/2 practice) combination design in the greenhouse. The results showed the extremely significant regression relation between water-fertilizer coupling and lettuce quality and yield was observed. The maximum effect of four factors on VC and yield of lettuce was phosphatic fertilizer, then quantity of water; nitrogenous fertilizer; potash fertilizer. The effect order of four factors on soluble sugar of lactuca was phosphatic fertilizer>nitrogenous fertilizer>quantity of water>potash fertilizer. The optimal combination scheme of water-fertilizer coupling was obtained, the rate of nitrogenous fertilizer was from 518.3 to 583.5 kg/hm2, the rate of phosphatic fertilizer was from 536.1 to 626.3 kg/hm2, the rate of potash fertilizer was from 150.0 to 154.5 kg/hm2, and the rate of water quantity was from 537.2 to 545.9 m3/hm2.
